The governance and administration of FSCJ includes the District Board of Trustees, College President, Cabinet, Administrators, Faculty and Staff.

The timely and meaningful participation of FSCJ constituencies and stakeholders in decision-making processes is essential to the advancement of FSCJ.

Accordingly, the FSCJ administration is committed to a participatory governance model designed to ensure bi-directional communication, input in policy development, broad collaboration in the rapid resolution of issues and the continuous improvement of programs and services.
