FSCJ offers transient students an affordable option to get ahead in their studies or catch up on classes they’ve been meaning to take. If you’re currently enrolled at another college or university and want to take advantage of online opportunities from home, register as a transient student at FSCJ. You’ll be able to earn college credits and transfer them over to your home institution. Be sure to obtain approval from your college or university before pursuing transient enrollment at FSCJ.
FSCJ is expanding our face-to-face class offerings following all safety protocols. Multiple class options are available from online, “live online” or hybrid classes. We encourage you to learn more about class modalities and available course offerings. Be sure to check out the information below to register for classes correctly. If you have questions, please reach out to us at (904) 646-2300.
Students who are attending another state college/university, but want to take course(s) on a temporary basis at Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) are considered incoming transient students. Students in transient status must obtain approval from their home institution prior to enrolling in courses at FSCJ to ensure transferability of credits back to their home institution.
