Bookstore Refunds/Exchange
A valid receipt and/or packing slip is required for all refunds or exchanges. Items must be in original condition. Course materials must be returned within seven days from the start of class for a refund. The final return deadline is 30 days maximum from the date of purchase. Students using Financial Aid would have to make their returns prior to the account closing.
Please bring your schedule with you when returning materials. If you drop the class, you have two business days from the drop date and an updated class schedule is required.

*If you are in C Session only AND are awarded financial aid within 2 weeks of the C Session classes starting, contact Student Financial Services to inquire if you can use a portion of your financial aid for books in advance of classes starting.
Fall 2026
August 10 – September 28, 2026
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Technology, gift cards and personal care items are non-refundable. Defective hardware will be replaced or repaired through the manufacturer's warranty. All other items can be returned up to 30 days after date of purchase as long as they are in their original condition.
*Even if you rented in store, you have to have an online account that matches the email addresses you gave at the register. If you do not know your password, use the Forgot Password link to have a new password emailed to you.
