Legal Services Request
All requests for legal services must be submitted using the online Legal Services Request Form available in MyFSCJ.
To request legal services:
- Log in to MyFSCJ, the Employee Portal. Use you employee username and password to log on.
- Select the "Quick Links" tile, then locate the “Legal Services Request” link on the left-hand side of the page. Log in using your FSCJ email address.
- Complete and submit the form. Please be sure to attach any relevant documents.
The request must be approved by the appropriate administrator or other responsible supervisor prior to submitting online. Under no circumstances should College personnel contact outside attorneys without the express approval of the Office of the General Counsel.
For urgent requests requiring immediate attention, please complete the Legal Services Request Form and also contact the OGC at (904) 632-3232.
