This is the Fifth Annual "Wounded Warrior Day" provided to WWP students by students, faculty and staff at the North Campus of Florida State College at Jacksonville, as a way of giving back to those who have served.

Aligning with the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) goal of offering TRACK™ students a complete mind, body and spirit rehabilitation, various health care and personal care program students at FSCJ’s North Campus provided special services to the Wounded Warriors on January 30. Twenty-eight TRACK™ students received full dental exams, cleanings and x-rays free of charge courtesy of the FSCJ Dental Hygiene Program as well as gift bags containing donated oral hygiene products.

TRACK™ students enjoyed a lunch prepared by Chef Bill McCool of FSCJ’s Culinary Arts Program and chair massages provided by students in the Massage Therapy program.

TRACK™ is the first whole-life approach to education for Wounded Warriors. This one-year program focuses on academic and vocational needs, including: the ability to earn up to 24 credit hours at a local college, health and wellness training, and individualized performance and goal-setting training.
