The Administrative & Professional Collaborative (APC) is the representative voice for the Administrative & Professional employees of FSCJ. In an effort to build cohesiveness, awareness and collegiality, each month we put a “spotlight” on one of our members.

Women's Basketball Head Coach Jessica Eaton

FSCJ Women’s Basketball Head Coach Jessica Eaton has been with the team since 2021, handling recruiting, player development and many of the team's day-to-day operations. After serving two seasons as a volunteer with the team, she worked one season as the assistant and was officially named Head Coach in April 2024.

She last served as an assistant coach at Oviedo High School in 2015, junior varsity coach and varsity assistant coach at Hagerty High School from 2009-12 and started her career at Lyman High School in 2008. Jessica was also involved in the AAU circuit, having coached with the D.E.B.O. program from 2008-10 and worked for Winning Ways as the summer camp director from 2011-13. Jessica stepped away from coaching for a few years to focus on her family and raise her children, but her basketball background runs deep in Central Florida.

Coach Eaton and her husband Shanon have two children, Joy and Asher. An honors graduate with an Associate in Arts degree from FSCJ, she is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the University of Florida.

Our spotlight shines on each campus/center at least once a year. Nominations for the spotlight may be directed to your campus representative or any officer. Learn more about APC here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1024098564929654.
