On behalf of the Student Recruitment office, thank you to the FSCJ family for making Open House 2024 a resounding success. The annual showcase, held at South Campus on Saturday, June 15, welcomed nearly 1,000 prospective students and eager applicants to an informational and enrollment experience supported by the enthusiasm, energy and expertise of hundreds of College volunteers and program/resource representatives. Your support and/or presence drove this year’s event to surpass previous open houses in scope and attendance.

At the Open House, prospective students met representatives from various academic programs and student resources, submitted their application and filed their FAFSA. Hopeful applicants who were further along in the enrollment process received advising and registration assistance from enrollment services volunteers. In addition, three workshops provided attendees valuable tips and insight for student success - Why FSCJ?, Orientation 101 and a parent support panel. Coaches and student athletes from the athletic department served bottled water and bags of popcorn to guests as well. Combined, the Open House served as a stellar FSCJ showcase.
