White Belt Training Certification is here! Are you ready to learn more about Six Sigma at FSCJ? This training certification provides an entry-level introduction to Six Sigma in fewer than six hours. This course introduces learners to the overview and history of Six Sigma, effective project charters and teams, DMAIC methodology, sample project tools, core roles and terminology and the FSCJ my6sigma SharePoint site.
