Tim Morris from the Florida College System Foundation Board of Directors recently presented a check to FSCJ Foundation to support three scholarships.

The $5,481 Bank of America Dream Makers Scholarship is awarded to first generation students to cover tuition, books, fees, transportation and child care. 

The $15,900 Florida Blue Nursing and Allied Health Scholarship is provided to sustain the funding for student scholarships in Nursing and Allied Health Programs at Florida Colleges to meet the growing need for skilled nurses and allied health professionals who serve the population of Florida. 

The $28,525 Helios Education Foundation First Generation Scholarship provides financial support to first generation students.
