FSCJ celebrated the grand opening of our first venture in student housing, 20West Housing, on Monday, September 10, 2018. FSCJ leadership, community leaders and construction partners began the ceremony with a brief program and ribbon-cutting, followed by tours of the living spaces.

Set in the heart of downtown Jacksonville in the historic Lerner Building, 20West Housing, offers a convenient and affordable housing opportunity for FSCJ students. Beautifully renovated to maintain the building’s historical character, the 58 apartment-style living spaces are positioned on the second through sixth floors. Residents enjoy access to FSCJ’s Downtown Campus, dining and entertainment just steps from their front door. This Friday, 19 students will begin moving in and more than 100 others have expressed interest in living there in the near future.
