FSCJ will be closed for spring break from Monday, March 17 – Sunday, March 23, 2025. We look forward to serving you when we return on March 24.

Contract Administration

The Office of the General Counsel processes contracts, other than procurements and grants, for review and approval. This Web page provides links to instructions and forms to be used to ensure compliance with the College's policies and procedures for proper contract administration.

Contracts must have all administrative and legal reviews completed and be signed by all parties prior to commencing any actions by the parties as stipulated in the contract. Amendments, changes, extensions, or renewals must be processed in the same manner as the original contract. For more information on contract signing authority and processing, please review APM 02-0303.
