This student club is affiliated with the national STARS Computing Corps organization. The club focuses on growing a diverse 21st century technology workforce and broadening participation in computing. Club members reach out to other FSCJ and high school students to encourage them to consider computing and I.T. as a field of study and as a career choice. Join the Facebook group to learn more.
The National Cybersecurity Student Association supports students in their cybersecurity endeavors through extracurricular activities, career opportunities, mentoring, and keeping them at the forefront of cybersecurity trends. The National Cybersecurity Association has an annual membership of $19.99.
The purpose of the STEM Club is to enlighten students in the areas of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics and to prepare students for the workforce through conferences, field trips, community service projects, and research opportunities.
Cyber competitions are collaborative, scenario-based exercises that help students develop and increase cyber security skills outside the traditional academic environment.
