Operated by students and staff in FSCJ’s
Culinary Arts and Hospitality program, Cafe Frisch is a simulated restaurant environment designed to provide our students a hands-on learning experience while also showcasing their culinary and service talents to the community.
Lunch $7 / Dinner $11
Gratuities are appreciated and are utilized for special student activities.
Lunch seatings are available Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 11:30 a.m., noon and 12:15 p.m.
Dinner seatings are available Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
