, Cafe Frisch is a simulated restaurant environment designed to provide our students a hands-on learning experience while also showcasing their culinary and service talents to the community.

Gratuities are appreciated and are utilized for special student activities.
Lunch seatings are available at 11:30 a.m., noon and 12:30 p.m.
Dinner seatings are available at 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
