Guests Services Specialist (T.C.)

The Guests Services Specialist Technical Certificate (T.C.) program is designed to provide career-oriented students with basic hospitality management principles and hospitality training for food service management jobs and hospitality management jobs. The program provides students with a foundation for building a rewarding guest services career in the food service industry and hospitality industry. Careers from the guest services specialist certificate program include guest service representative, catering manager, restaurant manager and hotel manager.

The program successfully recruits, retains and graduates students utilizing a selective access program, progressing through curricular cohorts.
