FSCJ's Spring Enrollment Campaign: Why Not?

Nov 1, 2022, 10:59 AM
In November, FSCJ’s Marketing and Communications department launched a new creative campaign to support the College’s Spring enrollment efforts.

The campaign, entitled Why Not?, is a cross-platform approach that utilizes digital, outdoor, print and social media components to reach both current and prospective students with the goal of increasing applications for the upcoming Spring term.

External efforts focus on the question “Why Not?”  -- Why Not … Finish what you started; Why Not … Advance your career; Why Not … Pursue your passions; and Why Not … Increase your earning potential. The goal is to get individuals to really consider the reasons why they haven’t finished their degree, or what’s really holding them back from pursuing college for the first time.

Retention efforts focus on encouraging current students to register for Spring term, if they haven’t done so already. Efforts are also in place to reach out to students who haven’t been active in the past few terms, as well as to those who have applied to the College but never enrolled, encouraging both to “finish what they started.”

The face and the voice of the Why Not? campaign belongs to Ilyana Zambrana, a current FSCJ Associate in Arts student. We’re very excited to be able to enlist the assistance of one of our many talented students here at FSCJ. You may hear her on traditional radio as well as Pandora. She also appears in both pre-roll videos and on the video that is featured at fscj.edu/whynot.
