Meat glue. Moo glue. Transglutaminase. It sounds kinda creepy no matter what you call it. But no matter how you say it, or even if you can't, it's not going to hurt you if you follow one consumer tip, according to Kevin Pegg, Ph.D., professor of Biology at Florida State College at Jacksonville.
