FSCJ Invites the Public to a Presidential Search Community Forum

Nov 1, 2022, 10:57 AM

WHAT: FSCJ looks to the community and stakeholders to help define a leadership profile for the next College President. The Presidential Search Committee invites the public to participate in an upcoming community forum where we will meet to openly discuss the ideal strengths, characteristics and qualifications of who it is that will be selected to lead the College into the future.

“FSCJ strives to serve the highly unique education and workforce needs that exist within our service area in Duval and Nassau counties,” said FSCJ District Board of Trustees Vice Chair for Duval County and Search Committee Member Thomas McGehee Jr. “Because we know that our students, partners and employers are the ones who will be most directly impacted by the decision we will make, it’s critical that we gather their input in the beginning stages of this search.”

The forum will be led by representatives from FSCJ’s Search Firm, AGB Search who will invite input from attendees. The comments will be gathered to build a profile that will guide the committee’s selection and hiring process.
