The Career Employees' Council (CEC) is the representative voice for the Career employees of FSCJ, with the goal to be committed to the continuous development of a collaborative work environment whereby the value and respect of Career employees are elevated through increased recognition, involvement and opportunities to achieve a higher degree of excellence. In this spirit, we put a "spotlight" on one of our members each month.

December’s Career Employees' Council (CEC) Spotlight illuminates Armed Security Officer Claude Maynard. Mr. Maynard has worked at FSCJ for ten years. His job is to secure the safety of the students, staff and community.  

What he likes most about his job is to engage with staff and students. In his position, he appreciates meeting and assisting new students and seeing the changing faces of FSCJ students, staff and faculty. 

Claude is a graduate of FSCJ and a workforce study as a pharmacy technician. He is an active pharmacy technician. When he is not at FSCJ, he enjoys running and talking with people he adores.
