Summer is underway and we are excited to share that we are reaching out to students of all education levels and interests to promote the idea that "FSCJ is Here for You,” and even more exciting, “We Are Back on Campus.”

In May, the Recruitment team participated in a dozen community events and interacted with 295 attendees at High School Signing Days, Career and Education fairs and Paying for College events. In fact, the Paying for College event, held on Saturday, May 22 at the Advanced Technology Center, marked the first FSCJ hosted, on-campus event since Spring Term 2020.

In partnership with JaxUSA/Earn Up, the Paying for College event was an opportunity for students to receive guidance on the completing the FAFSA, assistance with submitting the FSCJ application and help in identifying and applying for scholarships. We will offer additional on-campus events throughout the summer to include a Form Your Future FAFSA completion event at Downtown Campus, as well as an Open House at Deerwood Center, both coming up in July.
