FSCJ celebrated Intercultural Awareness during the month of November. Students, faculty and staff took part in several events that recognized and celebrated the various cultures that make up the diverse fabric of the College.

The month-long campaign culminated with an Oxfam Hunger Banquet that exposed worldwide poverty and hunger issues to more than 100 participants. Cindy Funkhouser, president and CEO of Sulzbacher Center, was a guest speaker and helped to facilitate interactive dialogue and discussions.

The Oxfam Hunger Banquet also served as the opening event for Human Rights Month. Several great events are planned during December and January to help bring awareness to the importance of human rights for all mankind.
