FSCJ Celebrates Black History Month and Women's History Month

FSCJ is continuing the celebration of Black History Month by honoring the accomplishments of African-Americans through art, music, film and dialogue. To see the remaining events we have planned this month, check the Collegewide calendar and search "Black History Month."

In March, we will celebrate Women's History Month with many different Collegewide events. Below are just a few of the scheduled events:

Negotiate Like Your Life Depends on it Because it Does
Thursday, March 1, 2018, Kent Campus, D120
Understand why negotiation is vital to your career success and learn how to ask with confidence. Marilyn Feldstein, the founder and President of Career Choices Unlimited, will present a workshop that will help you overcome the fear of asking and improve your negotiation skills. Women Who Inspire Collage
Throughout the month of March, Kent Campus, G-Stage 
Student leaders will work on a collage on the Kent Campus G-Stage wall with posters of women who have made a difference in their lives. Learn more.
