FSCJ is committed to reducing the cost of course materials for students by offering classes that use free Open Educational Resources (OER) or low-cost digital materials that are accessible to all. This is made possible by the Achieving the Dream OER Degree Pathways grant.

FSCJ's OER initiative was recently featured on the Community College Consortium for Open Education Resources' (CCCOER) website as a case study. The focus was on our design team approach, which included the library in the course development process.
