Be sure to check your Blue Reward points! You could be one of the 567 employees that have earned points. At least 17 of those employees are at or above the 700 point level, which is the maximum reward level of $175 in gift cards. To check or redeem your points:

1.       Visit floridablue.com
2.       Register as a new member or log in
3.       Click “Health & Wellness” then “Discounts & Rewards”
4.       Select “Earn BlueRewards – Learn More” to check your points balance and redeem points

Covered employees’ spouses can also earn their own Blue Reward points. Each participant should sign up at floridablue.com using their own name and member contract number.
