Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to attend diversity awareness workshops in the months of January and February. These engaging sessions will cover topics such as:

• What is the difference between diversity and inclusion and why does it matter to me?
• How can I speak to people who are different from me without offending them?
• I want to engage in conversations, but I don’t know where to begin.

Attendees will explore their own identities and ways to be unapologetically themselves in all situations while also being respectful of others. Diversity & Me workshops are safe zones — be your authentic self. Faculty, this is an excellent opportunity to include diversity and inclusion as part of your curriculum.
