The 20West Housing and 20West Cafe projects were recently named the winner of the 2018 Downtown Project of the Year Award by Downtown Vision during their inaugural #DTJax Awards Breakfast. During the event, the winners of the Downtowner of the Year Award, Downtown Achievement Award and Ambassador of the Year Awards were also named.

This award is given each year to honor a project that has significantly enhanced the economic revitalization of Downtown Jacksonville through the activation of underutilized resources, job creation or leading design practices.
