Recently, FSCJ’s Open Educational Resources (OER) program was featured in the Achieving the Dream newsletter for its role in expanding access and increasing completion rates for working adults, low-income students and first time in college students. In 2017, FSCJ introduced the OER degree program, which provides free, online textbooks to students enrolled in OER courses.
