After three  students expressed interest in becoming engineers, Vision Rehabilitation Case Manager and Care Specialist Cheryl Undheim, with the help of her husband who is a waterfront operations manager at Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC), created a two-week STEM internship to immerse the students in real-world learning.
