FSCJ kicked off Mopar Career Automotive Program (CAP) LOCAL on March 7 at the Advanced Technology Center. Representatives from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and National Coalition of Certifications Centers (NC3) were on hand to give an overview of the Mopar CAP LOCAL partnership and what it means for FSCJ’s automotive program.

In the state of Florida, FSCJ is now one of five schools that offers Mopar CAP LOCAL. Upon completion of FSCJ’s Automotive Service Management Technology (A.A.S.) degree, which now includes Mopar CAP LOCAL curriculum, students will graduate with Level 1 certification in the automotive industry.

Mopar CAP LOCAL seeks to fill the increasing demand for certified automotive technicians. Because of this new partnership, FSCJ will be able to equip automotive students with the skillset needed to have successful careers in the industry.
