FSCJ and the City of Jacksonville have partnered on a workforce readiness initiative that will connect you with short-term training programs designed to get you connected to high-wage jobs quickly. This community-based program will award more than 150, $750 scholarships to eligible participants. 

Operation Boost students can pursue programs and careers in some of the most in-demand fields including construction, health care, IT, education, public safety and more.
