FSCJ welcomes Lisa Kasper as Associate Vice President for Student Affairs & Enrollment Management. In her new role, Lisa will oversee the strategic enrollment and operational management of the College's enrollment services and programs, and will supervise key recruitment and retention offices including Student Recruitment, Admissions, Advising, New Student Orientation and our Contact Center.
Lisa, a resident of St. Augustine, comes to FSCJ after serving as Vice President of Client Services for Twenty Fifth Hour Communications (formerly Interact Communications), a consulting agency focusing on supporting two-year community and technical colleges through strategic marketing and enrollment management planning. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Borough of Manhattan Community College (part of the CUNY System) as their Director of Admissions & Outreach. Earlier in her career, she had a variety of enrollment management experience at 2- and 4-year institutions including Ocean County College (NJ), Montclair State University (NJ), The Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, NY) and Farleigh Dickinson University (NJ).
"We are thrilled to have Lisa step into this critical role," said Vice President for Student Affairs & Enrollment Management Elliott Strickland. "Her success at BMCC and her work in developing strategic enrollment management nationwide provide the ideal experience we were looking for in continuing FSCJ’s impressive growth in enrollment."
“I’m excited to join FSCJ at such a dynamic moment of growth and opportunity,” said Lisa. “The College is uniquely positioned to transform and strengthen our communities through access, innovation and teaching excellence – with students at the heart of everything we do. I look forward to working with our incredible teams to help more students follow their passions, overcome challenges and build a legacy of success that inspires generations to come.”
