Student and Workforce Analytics
The Office of Student and Workforce Analytics directly supports the advancement of the College mission, vision, values and goals by developing and improving data-driven decision-making capabilities, providing operation and strategic student and workforce research, and applying advanced AI analytics tools and processes.
As a key member of Institutional Effectiveness and Advancement, the office proactively provides College wide support, via multiple collaborative engagements, assists numerous key functions, including institutional advancement, accreditation, short- and long-term forecasting and modeling, sustaining continuous improvement, the Quality Enhancement Plan, and strategic planning. The office also engages in a range of established and emergent projects involving focused institutional research, statistical analysis, Artificial Intelligence (AI) application, professional/institutional survey development, business intelligence, demographic research and dashboard development to promote information access, availability and clarity.
Major responsibilities include the College Fact Book, Institutional Review Board, FSCJ Completer Survey, FSCJ Climate Survey, College Grant support, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) dashboard development.
