Our Students

FSCJ’s students are talented, gifted, compassionate and unique. No two students are the same.

Each of the 45,000-plus students we serve annually has their own story and motivation behind advancing their education.

Our students come from all walks of life. They are recent high school graduates, the first in their family to go to college, working adults, parents, career changers and active-duty military or veterans looking to earn their degree. Our programs also attract international students, contributing to the rich diversity of the FSCJ collegiate experience.

At FSCJ, we understand and value the individual needs of our students and work together to develop the right path for each one.

Our Faculty and Staff

FSCJ recruits and retains world-class faculty that transform the lives of the students they interact with on a daily basis. In the physical or online classroom, our faculty’s dedication to high-quality learning, academic excellence, innovative teaching methodologies and passion for the disciplines they teach inspire our students to achieve at the highest level and prepare them for distinctive success in their academic, career and personal goals.

With more than 300 full-time faculty and 550-plus adjunct (part-time) faculty, our students are sure to receive expert training with the most current curriculum and content material. Including faculty, FSCJ has nearly 2,300 employees who are proud to serve our students.

From application to graduation, our faculty, staff and administrators are committed to supporting students in their academic and professional pursuits. To us, it is not just about getting students into a class; it's about helping them achieve success.
