The office of Student Financial Services is your one-stop shop for all questions related to student payments, student billings, debt and refunds. It also includes the Bursar's Office. Student Financial Services is located at each of our campuses and Deerwood Center. Services are offered via phone only at Cecil and Nassau Centers.
Students can visit for assistance with:
- Paying tuition or other student bills. All credit/debit card transactions charge a non-refundable service fee of 1.75% for payments. Payments made using a bank account are still free.
- Requesting a refund
- Understanding your student account including financial aid disbursements and third-party billing.
- Submitting sponsored third-party payment paperwork (Letter of Intent) or other tuition assistance documents
- Verifying book authorizations
- Understanding student tax forms
- Providing proof of waiver or exemption eligibility
Additional help is available online through myFSCJ. Some of our online resources include:

- Viewing your available book and other student loans
- Requesting a student refund
