Form Your Future

Form Your Future is a community-based collaborative between Florida State College at Jacksonville, Earn Up, Duval County Public Schools, Nassau County School District, City Year, Year Up and the University of North Florida to help incoming college students and their families complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Millions of dollars in financial aid go unused every year. Form Your Future helps students understand how to access that aid and provides valuable resources and guidance on additional ways to pay for college.
