In this Jacksonville Business Journal article "Upscale fast food next stop for Medure," from June 24, 2011, Florida State College at Jacksonville's Bob Mark, Culinary and Hospitality program manager, adds his perspective to how the economy affects how much consumers are spending on dining out and where they like to spend it.
