Vice President Joe Biden talked about affordable college at Fletcher High School.
Vice President Joe Biden spoke to Fletcher High School students, their parents, and teachers Thursday morning. He not only emphasized the importance of a college degree, he also touched on ways the Obama administration plans on making it more affordable.
