In her letter to employees, Dr. Bioteau asserted her commitment to students and their education by stating "While we do not know the full extent of the repayment amount and any penalties that we will be assessed by USDOE –  I pledge to you that we will ensure that we take care not to impact the students’ educational experience in the process."
