Stimulus funds are fueling programs as varied as diversity in Nursing and environmental clean-up at Florida State College at Jacksonville. But new students, who were up until recently employed, are returning to college to train for in-demand careers such as teaching and IT. Roger Weeder talks to two students in those programs, and Downtown Campus Counselor Coordinator Carl Brewer about who’s back in school to get back on the career track.
