Speakers Announced for TEDxFSCJ: ENGAGE

TEDxFSCJ is a motivating one-day event inspired by TED and produced by a diverse group of FSCJ students, faculty and staff. This year’s theme of “Engage” challenges attendees to engage with ideas, social issues and different local Jacksonville communities. TEDxFSCJ will feature talks from 10 speakers who directly or indirectly impact FSCJ and the Jacksonville community. Their presentations will convey thoughts and ideas that educate, ignite passion and leave a lasting impression. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TED Talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations.)
