WTLV reporter Caitlin Ross caught up Professor Susan Reilly in Riverside for an economist's expert opinion on how gasoline prices can effect consumer spending habits. Although Park Street was busy with traffic and people were enjoying dinner out at restaurants, Reilly points out that many consumers will have to adapt their budgets to accommodate the cost of fuel.
