Training restaurant for culinary program open to the public.

Florida State College at Jacksonville held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday for 20West Cafe at 20 W. Adams St. Downtown. Beginning Monday, the restaurant will be open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Friday and offer breakfast and lunch.
