In the Times-Union: Music and more at Black History Month Festival at FSCJ North Campus

Florida State College at Jacksonville celebrates Black History Month with a series of events on all campuses. North Campus hosted a festival on Feb. 16 that featured student activities, and entertainment by musicians and folklorist duo Sparky and Rhonda Rucker.
