Jacksonville Business Journal Reporter Christian Conte sought input on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the psychological trials of pulling one's life together for her Nov. 2, 2012 article about Jonathan Spiller, former president and CEO of Armor Holdings, Inc.
Florida State College Business Law Professor Harvey Slentz, J.D., and Professor of Psychology Erin Richman, Ph.D., provided their perspectives and expertise in Christian Conte's article "Innocent Man Rebuilds His Life," a complex tale about a man accused of violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and eventually exonerated. Slentz explained the possible financial repercussions and Richman talked about the possible psychological effects of such an ordeal, and how one can survive them.
