Members of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society are true leaders. Not only are they getting acceptance letters and scholarships from some of the top universities in the county; they are using their platform to build a stronger relationship between Florida State College students and the administration.

FSCJ’s Upsilon Eta chapter of the international Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society recognizes the academic excellence of our students.  The FSCJ chapter has students who have, this year alone, been accepted to internationally acclaimed institutions including Harvard, Cornell, Emory, University of Virginia as well as others heading toward UF, JU and UNF.

The organization recently won the Distinguished College Project Award for the Study Don't Cheat: Making the Grade Ethically project at the Phi Theta Kappa International Convention in California.  The project looked at a how a competitive admissions process can lead to unethical behavior.  It also focused on ways to build better relationships between the students, administration and faculty.
