FSCJ to Host Business Speaker Series Event, “Outmaneuvering Uncertainty: How the Pandemic is Reshaping Business”

WHAT:           Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) will host its next Business Speaker Series event, “Outmaneuvering Uncertainty: How the Pandemic is Reshaping Business.” This virtual panel event will put a spotlight on how companies have redefined how they do business by diversifying services and technology in our sudden new reality.

Expert panelists will discuss the adjustments they’ve made within their own companies and how their new, innovative practices are positioning them for a stronger future.

Panelists include:

  • Mike Anderson, Director, Consumer Analytics and Insights, Cox Media Group 
  • Michael Corrigan Jr., President & CEO, Visit Jacksonville
  • Terrell J. Jones, Director, Operations, C&S Wholesale Services, Inc.
  • Darnell Smith, Market President, North Florida Region, Florida Blue

The panel will be moderated by Norfleet Integrated Solutions (NIS) CEO Wendy Norfleet, Ph.D.

The Business Speaker Series was made possible by a $250,000 commitment from First Florida Credit Union to support initiatives that will help local students and community members become future business leaders. The funding helped launch the series and will bolster the College’s Financial Skills Academy.
