WHAT: Florida State College at Jacksonville’s (FSCJ) Student Government Association is hosting a General Debate for Florida’s 4th Congressional District. While all registered candidates have been invited to participate, David E. Bruderly (Democrat), Gary L. Koniz (Independent) and Daniel Murphy (Write-In) have confirmed their attendance and will discuss issues facing the district, which includes parts of Duval, Nassau and St. Johns Counties.
Topics to be discussed include education, financial, domestic and foreign affairs. FSCJ Professor of History and Political Science Cynthia Gardner Counsil and FSCJ Professor of History Dr. Andrew Holt will moderate the debate.
This event is free and open to the public.
