In a two-part interview with On Point Host Shannon Ogden, Dr. Cynthia Bioteau talks about issues and priorities as she takes the helm at Florida State College at Jacksonville.
Issues such as taking care of students, business operations and a strategic plan that the entire community helps build are priorities for Dr. Bioteau, FSCJ's fifth president.
