FSCJ Hosts 2016 Nursing Program Pinning Ceremony
Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) will honor 189 nursing program graduates at the upcoming Pinning Ceremony on Monday, May 16, 2016.

One hundred and thirty-one of the graduates will receive their Associate in Science in Nursing, 47 graduates will receive their Bachelor of Science in Nursing and 11 will receive their Licensed Practical Nursing certificate. A pinning ceremony is a symbolic welcoming of newly graduated nurses into the nursing profession. The new nurses are presented with nursing pins by the faculty of the FSCJ nursing school. Often the nurses recite the Nightingale Pledge. |
