FSCJ Culinary Program to Partner with Duval County Public Schools Food Truck Project

Students attending career academies at Raines, Ed White, Jean Ribault, First Coast and Mandarin high schools presented a plan to the Jacksonville Chamber, business partners and mentors to create and run a healthy burrito food truck business as a capstone project for their respective career academies. Florida State College at Jacksonville's Culinary Arts program is their partner in food preparation. Other businesses will partner in the career fields of information technology, logistics, financial services, and health and life services.
