FSCJ Culinary Arts and Hospitality Hosts Grand Opening of Cafe Frisch

Florida State College at Jacksonville’s (FSCJ) Culinary Arts and Hospitality program will host a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of Cafe Frisch, which was made possible by a generous gift from the Harry Frisch family and the Beaver Street Foundation.

A simulated restaurant environment, Cafe Frisch provides FSCJ students a hands-on learning experience while showcasing their culinary and service talents to the community.

Together with FSCJ leadership, students and faculty, Harry Frisch, the Frisch family and the Beaver Street Foundation the ceremony will begin with a brief program, followed by a tour of the facilities and a student-prepared lunch for the family in the new dining area.
